2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
- You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns and at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns (subject to state laws).
- All firearm sales must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the firearm, ammunition, or accessory you are purchasing is legal to own in your jurisdiction.
3. Firearm Sales & Shipping
- We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. You must provide the contact information for your local FFL dealer.
- Orders will only be processed once we have received and verified a copy of the dealer’s FFL.
- Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability and legal processing.
4. Background Checks
- The receiving FFL dealer will perform the required NICS background check.
- If you fail the background check, you are responsible for any return shipping fees and a restocking fee (typically 20%).
5. Returns and Cancellations
- Firearms: Once a firearm is transferred to you by the FFL dealer, it is considered used and cannot be returned. Please inspect the firearm thoroughly at the dealer before completing the transfer.
- Ammunition: For safety reasons, all ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.
6. Limitation of Liability
Target Down Tactical is not liable for any misuse of products purchased from this site. Firearms are dangerous and must be handled with extreme care and in accordance with all safety protocols.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the ATF.
