Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Firearms and ammunition cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases as returns.

To complete your return, we require a RMA. RMA’s can be requested by emailing Sales@TDTactical.net

Nearly all firearms and accessories have manufacturers warranties attached to them. It is highly recommended that you immediately register all warrantied items with the manufacturers upon receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/original method of payment or credit to your account within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Sales@TDTactical.net} and send your item to the address we will provide.

Firearms Specific Policy

Firearms orders cannot be cancelled by the buyer after order has been placed. Nor can any new firearm be returned. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the firearm prior to completing the ATF Form 4473 and taking possession of the firearm. The moment a firearm is transfered from a dealer to a buyer, it immediately is considered used and loses its new status.

Also, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any items purchased are legal to own in their state, city, locality.

In the event a buyer does not pass the required background check or is denied transfer by the local FFL a 20% restock fee shall apply. Refund will be issued minus original taxes and return shipping. This is a No exceptions policy.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us a Sales@TDTactical.net. Please add your order number and return request in the subject. If approved, a RMA will be issued and return information will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
